Hi, I’m Zanoon.

I’m a community builder, fundraiser and organizer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’ve spent the past 20 years of my career at Microsoft and Google, running philanthropic programs, building employee ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and designing strategic partnerships. I co-founded Giving Week Google's annual giving campaign, engaging over 20,000 employees in raising $25M/year. I also architected a $2M/year Women@Google Giving Fund supporting global women’s issues.

Women4Good - from our beginnings to scaling as a consulting practice

In 2016, I founded Women4Good as a community for women passionate about social change. Originally a brunch meet-up, our group grew larger, and we expanded into networking events, panel discussions on reproductive rights, social innovation and CSR, and an annual holiday gala supporting local non-profits. In total, we had 127 volunteers, 1700+ event attendees and raised over $92K for local nonprofits. The question we are asking today is, how do we scale to do even more? We have now pivoted Women4Good to a consulting company supporting purpose driven organizations with the programs, networks and partnerships they need to thrive. I’m excited to bring our passion, learnings and best practices to this next chapter.

You can find me me on LinkedIn and Substack.
